AA Gems & Jewelry accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return request within this period.
Important: The 7-day return period begins from the date your order is delivered β not the date of purchase. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- The gemstone must be in its original condition β undamaged, unworn, and without any alterations
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- All certificates and documentation provided at time of purchase must be included
- The return must be initiated within the 7-day delivery window
- Proof of purchase must be provided
π¦ Defective or Transit-Damaged Items
We accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged during shipping. To protect both parties, the following rules apply:
- Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or video
- Photos must show: (a) the outer packaging, (b) the inner packaging, and (c) the damaged/defective item
- Do not discard the original packaging β courier inspection may be required
- We file a damage claim with the courier on your behalf; refund is processed once the claim is approved
Important: If the packaging shows no external damage but the item inside is defective, we treat this as a pre-shipping defect and issue a full refund immediately upon return. If the packaging is visibly crushed, torn, or water-damaged, we treat this as transit damage and pursue the courier for compensation.
β Non-Refundable Cases
Returns will NOT be accepted and refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
No Return / No Refund:
- Gemstone is damaged, scratched, altered, or resized by the customer after delivery
- Return is requested after the 7-day delivery period
- Original certificates or documentation are missing
- Product is not in its original condition or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made orders
- Sale or clearance items
- Transit damage reported after 48 hours or without photo/video evidence
π Refund Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery β WhatsApp or email us at info@aagemsandjewelry.com with your order details and reason for return
- Await approval β our team will review your request and respond within 24β48 hours
- Ship the product back to our designated address once your return is approved
- Inspection β we inspect the returned item upon receipt
- Refund processed β approved refunds are processed within 5β7 business days via the original payment method (WhatsApp, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Payoneer)

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service (FedEx, DHL, or TCS) to ensure safe return delivery. AA Gems & Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
